Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Customers have a window of 48 hours from the time of order placement to request a cancellation. To initiate a cancellation, please promptly reach out to our dedicated customer support team via email to Our team will strive to accommodate your cancellation request if the order has not been processed or dispatched. Please note that cancellations cannot be guaranteed if the order has already entered processing or shipment.

Cancellation Fees

In cases where an order is canceled after the stipulated timeframe or after processing has commenced, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order amount may be applied. This fee accounts for administrative and processing costs incurred.

Custom Orders

Orders involving customizations or bespoke products may be ineligible for cancellation once the production process has been initiated. We recommend confirming the cancellation policy for custom orders prior to placing them.


Refunds for successfully canceled orders will be handled as outlined in our Refund Policy.
